Blank Space In Word Won't Delete. It won't let me delete or put any text in this space; Go to page layout tab click on the lower right corner of the page setup section (it looks like a little box with an arrow).

Web click anywhere on the page that has the gap. The problem is that the vertical alignment is set to center. in the page setup dialog box, change the option to top and make sure that apply to is set to whole document and click ok. Click into the white area to see if a text box appears. The text box can be easily deleted. I've tried to cut and paste only the text that's there w/o.
